How does quoting and inquiry work?
Send us your part number, series, or drawing by LINE or the contact form. Once we have the basic details, we'll prepare a quote — if anything about the specification isn't clear, we'll follow up with you to confirm it before quoting.
Can I order sizes outside your catalogue?
Yes. Sizes outside the published catalogue are welcome — inquire and we can arrange custom manufacturing to your requirement.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order value: ฿1,000. This is a minimum order value, not a minimum piece quantity — there's no fixed quantity requirement, as long as the order total reaches this value.
What is your lead time?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
How does shipping work?
We ship domestically within Thailand via the Thai post office; we do not offer international shipping. Shipping cost is charged separately from the quoted product price. Transit typically takes about 1-2 business days depending on the post office and destination, and every shipment includes a tracking number.
